The removal of what are seen as unnecessary letters, so I get that, but then you have this ..

So much glamour, almost looks like French~

I like how Portuguese from Portugal differs from Brazilian one in the sense that they borrow some words from English that we do not, and vice-versa. For example:

Mouse (BR) = Rato (PT)
Freezer (BR) = Congelador (PT)
Van (BR) = Carrinha (PT)
------
Camiseta (BR) = T-shirt (PT)
Quebra-cabeça (BR) = Puzzle (PT)
Musculação (BR) = Body-building (PT)

BR for Brazil, PT for Portugal

Somewhat dead, Sally was the result of an unplanned fling with a regular fox, who aren't as long lived as Kitsunes. He hasn't been around for a few thousand years.
(Somewhat based on RL, I don't have a lot of male relatives so I don't actually know how to write them...)

(My actual father left when I was 5 so I hardly know the guy, any attempt to write Sally's father in would be horribly clichéd so I just eliminate that particular problem from the storyline. And I'll just add that when I mention my dad I am actually refering to my mother's second husband.)
