Little red ridding hood was sent to prison by Arson the baker who owes me 3 dollars and 15 cents, and i think Arson was also in prison because he grand larsoned the cobbler and now i lost those 3 dollars and 15 cents!!

Alright, so I know this is a bit random.
I noticed kiba's powers happen to change up alot, because the lack of power progression and explanations to how they work or what THEY EVEN ARE, I'm going to make a final. No stolen abilities, my own kind of.... power. I'm going to get a description of each ability, and the energy used to perform them written on paper. They will no longer change, but new ones may come along with power progression. I'll explain the... well, you know how goku has "ki", and naruto has "chakra?" I'm going to give him his very own life force energy. He will also have some transformations, similar to how goku has super saiyan for instance.
