I need to cozy you up and help you relax right away! If you have this much stress coffee is no good! Nor are black teas! 1 cup of green tea... only in morning... and herbal tea or hot chocolate the rest of the day.

Daily snuggles are optional but highly recommended and I expect you take time to meditate with me every day to help you unwind.
