Alright... you stick this inside and push here then remove the wooden bit... sorry I don't really use plastic yet... not even sure what it is made from... when the cotton is soaked, you pull the sting to remove it and put another one in. It is considered polite to wrap the old one in something before discarding so others don't have to look at it in the trash bin.

I can take a sample and synthesize an antidote but this is obviously a magical transition rather than just some estrogen pills given the speed and total nature of the transition. I suspect it modified your DNA. May take a little time to find the right combination of herbs to counteract it.
