Things like "last week, your language pair received 26,500 units of work" ("units" here means words), plus beautiful bar graphs showing the daily and hourly volume trends. Heck, they used to have an entire open data page with public info about order volumes, most active language pairs, average quality (measured by client feedback with a rating assignment), etc. I mean, it's still there, but those stats aren't displayed anymore
