Hahaha its not the best anime ever though kind of a "monster of the week" style but it has good moments and if you like kirby then i am sure you will enjoy it

Apparently there's 40 episodes in total, distributed through 2 seasons. As far as I remember, it was pretty much "Monster of the Week" too as Lenny pointed out about Kirby's anime, so each episode has its own plot that wraps up at the end
And the entire first season is available on YouTube!

And a favorite of mine was when Dedede made a deal with Holy Nightmare inc (the major villains of the anime) to produce a full blown anime, but he had to use the townfolk, its a good comentary on how animation is hard and stressfull

Cool! In fact, I don't mind the monster-of-the-week quirk, or whether it's a Z series. I'm still figuring out what attracts me to some games and other media. But there were other cartoons of the same style I'd watch back then, so maybe the emotional aspect - like nostalgia or what have you - plays a role in it. Sometimes the subtle details throughout, the scenes, the similarities in characters with RL people, the events and how funny they'd be if they happened IRL, and things of the sort
