A few reasons why I love Mikey is of course his silliness and comedic moments, and his big determination in showing the other turtles how capable he is of achieving things through his own unorthodox way of thinking, which is actually more patent in the 2013's series as they travel to the kraang's dimension. And, for some mysterious reason, Mikey is the only one that fully understands the absolutely crazy world to which they've traveled

There's something relatable within all of this, I find

I do things in unorthodox ways and I find alternative solutions sometimes! :3

As far as I could see, the 2018 series seem to have a stronger focus in comedy, but it didn't attract me that much

I'm not nearly as extroverted as Mikey though, rather the opposite. But his antics and sense of humor are 100% my jam

I mean, Sonic Boom dumps much of the original essence of Sonic series, even kind of mocks it, and I was surprised with how much I've learned to appreciate it BECAUSE of that approach as I went on with the episodes. Whereas TMNT 2018, despite being treated as its own thing, just didn't give me much to look forward to

I do like that version of Eggman, though i think Eggman works best when there is a balance bewteen comedy and serious (i mean design wise he aint a very emposing villain)

Could not find the cutscene alone, but this is a good example, Eggman is all "HO HO HO" and teasing sonic, but in this moment were all is planning just failed you can see how much threating he can be when he gets so fed up and quits the goofy stuff

I just need to check more of those old comics. I'd find Robotnik really evil in his plots against the Freedom Fighters to begin with (dude, have you noticed the copious amounts of wordplays in that series? I'm sure you'd have loved it for that reason alone)
