I've already recorded my own breathing out noises to complement a beat, took advantage of a crazy effect glitch from FL Studio to produce a melody, and tap-danced for a Secret of Mana remix

I've heard some interesting noises and recorded them, as a pringles (staxx actually) can doing a good percusion when I open it (with the aluminium tape inside still) which to me sounds like Wakandian drums/Xhosa drums
and some other things, I haven't used yet ^^º
Ooooh I've thought of recording my breath too! specially for techno music as they have those "Khwaaawhaawhaa" on some parts lol

these kind of improvised recordings we do, remind me of Jaime altozano and his friend Alvinsch!
they once challenge-composed with only supermarket products and instruments they didn't know how to play XD

As for the glitch effect, it's more like.. I was not happy with how an intro melody I wrote turned out, tried to do some fiddling and then applied some third-party effect that made the program crash, completely distorting what I had written and almost giving me a headache with how loud it got.
However, while I hated the crazy distorted noises, I loved the note sequence it produced by accident. So I made my best to memorize it, use it, and the result was a 60-note harp melody that may be heard at the intro of this song - https://www.furaffinity.net/view/27633167/

There's a lot of potential, sounds are everywhere! You can put rice in a small bottle, attach it to a stick, and you'll have a shaker. You can hit your cutlery against each other and make hi-hats. Carrots for flute. And so on! @w@
