The only way someone's account will appear as "Guest" is if it was deleted. And this is exactly what has happened to Santo's account.

if he still wants to be here, the worst that has to happen is makeing a new account, i doubt he chose to leave so quickly, unless you know things i don't

gmail accounts are easy to make, so he can just make a new account and still be here even if its unfixable, to us not that much would change

slow help is a common flaw when there are few staff, if you know from other sites info that this is not a joke, tell him to make a different account untill its fixed, that will solve things in the short term

an faf account is really just a login and a post count, i get the post count can have personal meaning, but to us it does not mean we lose a friend
an account is just a name and an icon, if he made a new one and the group was sure it was him, then the counter reset and older post connections are all of the real effect, plenty of people i knew had to remake accounts and were fine
also we are not certain it cannot be fixed
