Notorious bat mob enforcer Vlad Leatherflap, better known as "Bat of Bonking", was arrested today, after cops found him trying to use heroin behind a Burger King in the middle of a residential area, near a residential school, while driving the same Batmobile the Batman uses.

At his arraignment, he was charged with assault in the second degree, reckless endangerment, illegal possession of heroin, tampering with a device used to detect drugs, and failure to yield at an intersection.

As you can see from the mug shot, Vlad looks like a combination of a leper and a vulture.
