The entire place is EXACTLY the same as in the game. That hammock swings, there's a radio that plays music, I can just vibe in here with a laptop while new translation tasks don't appear

I tried VRChat on my desktop too, but couldn't really get into it... but maybe I should go back and explore more. There was all kinds of weird and freaky things. The problem was finding them... :3

Agreed, there are many weird and freaky things. Once I saw a rat with this super large neck covered by a toilet paper roll, just relaxing inbetween the legs of a Shiba Inu
You can find both enchanting things and aberrations co-existing~

Its a very fun 3d adventure/platformer.
Its a game that does not take itself seriously with many jokes and silly moments
