Draft for v2 pap land character v1
The current character is a semi anthro vaporeon rather then a full humanoid. He looks much closer to a vaporeon then a human.
He has 3 fins on his head that act as his ears, I am unsure what degree he has of my other characters ability as it does not work well on faf.
He is slightly larger then an average vaporeon, due to having human parts in him as well, however, all of his organs and such are water like, as is normal for vaporeon.
All of his paws are bigger then normal for a vaporeon, and his front paws have a human like thumb on them. It usually does not touch the ground. (?) for if he has 3 or 4 toes touch the ground.
If 3 touch the gound, then he has 2 human like fingers that are a little shorter then the rest, if 4 its just the thumb.
He normaly walks on all 4’s and swims this way, however he can walk on 2 legs and use his front paws like human hands, allowing him to use items at pretty much the same level a human can. He cannot run on 2 legs
(?)Both his hands and feet have more joints then a human or a vaporeon have, because they are both human hands and vaporeon paws, however on his back paws this is only visible if you can see the bones, for the front paws, this means that there are still 2 joints that touch the ground, causing him to walk like a normal vaporeon but also have human hands in some sense.
(?) alt will just have different joint strutures to give human finger range of motion and walking on pads verson, the thumb does not have a pad and does not touch the ground.
All of his fingers are toes are webbed, not sure if it’s the color of his ears or is its blue like his body.
According to rumors, some think the mad scientist vaporeon was a pokemon who gained human intelligence as a result of planed experimentation, while some claim it was a human who tried to make themself stronger and over did it becoming a pokemon. Both are true in some ways, and both are not true. He has a full vaporeon brain as well as a full mostly human brain, complete with memories of both his past human live and a eevee childhood. Due to the liquid nature of vaporeon organs, no one can be sure what part is what as imaging tech won’t work.
He is capable of learning more then 4 moves due to this.
No one is 100% sure who is in control of the vaporeon, as the human brain is larger, and thus has more chances to be in power, however the vaporeon brain has much better reaction time the I ever did.
I don’t plan on having him have 2 trains of thought for the most part, one brain segment takes control of the start of an action, and all other parts follow it, so if a human cell cluster and a vaporeon cell cluster were both going to act, the one that acts first would control his actions, and the other part would follow based off that input.
