Looks like some textures did not load...
or maybe the chickens have some INVISIBILITY POTION :O
eehehehehe, mud :3
O, yeah. You have to factor in the tariffs if you import stuff... I usually buy stuff from within the EU, so I very rarely need to pay those. During my uni years I did use to buy weird and interesting stuff from Chinese webstores (the quality was all over the place, but I got some cool things really cheaply). But I rarely do that any more, I kinda want to support local business with my €s nowadays, now that I am a working ratto and have more € to spend
Yeppep, if I am buying something from a place I haven't bought anything from before, I always make sure to look up customer experiences online. And if I buy something from an internet auction, I only buy from sellers that have positive reputation and no complaints *nodnod*
I do understand your parents being cautious, there are a lot of dodgy stores and sellers out there, and you have to pay attention on sites like Amazon that let other sellers sell through them (not that I use Amazon myself, I dislike the erosion of customer and employer rights that they are gradually trying to push).
But as long as you remain vigilant (*resolutely stares into the horizon for a second with a firm expression*) you can easily find stuff online that you can't find locally. These days, it's pretty much expected that you shop online, it's just how the economy is now. I dunno how it is over there, but here even physical stores often just have a central storage somewhere, where they keep most of their stock, and the store is just a pickup location for most of it
Yee! Let's hang on to the sense of wonder, whimsy and playfulness :3
We can still do boring adult stuff while we also do the silly whimsical stuff, why not. Just look at us, being all fuzzy (and froggy) here in the fuzzywuzzy silly furry fandom *takes a moment to spend a work email, but imagines self as a feral rat doing it*
