You can use the msinfo32 program to see what GPU you have, if you are still unsure... then you can search for the name of the GPU + "drivers" to find any updated ones. (Just be sure to download the driver upgrades from the manufacturer's website, instead of some dodgy third party site that is potentially crawling with worms (not the anthro kind that comes out of a mushroom, the bad kind))
