... Well, it was still laggy but at least I was able to play portal and ZT2 several times!
Oooh gotchaNow that you know that you have an Intel card, you don't need to further figure the driver you need on your own, you can use this here thingy to automatically detect the driver you need and automate the whole driver upgrade thing, or so Intel promises:
(If you don't want this thing to keep upgrading the drivers automatically later on, you'll probably need to turn off some "update automatically" checkmark, or just uninstall the update assistant once you have used it to update your current drivers. These things usually turn automatic updates on by default. If you have unlimited bandwidth you may as well leave it to automatically update your drivers, but if you don't, you'll probably want autoupdates off.)
