With Hasbro it happens something similar really, all kinds of songs are still there since the start of the mlp g4 series, both remixes and original songs like Anthropology, and even some from own series' composers as well iirc

So I guess there's that interesting thing owo

Btw, I've been thinking of doing remixes but I haven't even finished doing my own songs haha
Any tips to make remixes on the future, friendo? :3

Whoa, interesting! Hasbro... You talking about the toy brand? *scratches head*

As for the remixes, I'm not sure if there's much more to it than what you learn while composing original songs. I like to add original melodies and harmonies to expand on the original tracks, as long as it is still recognizable, and at the same time includes my personal touch. But this is just me, possibly there's an influence from OC ReMix on that regard, but one is free to interpret songs as they wish~

I really like what Iceferno does with some classic Sonic songs though. His tunes are very conservative (as in, they preserve a lot of the original song elements) while making it longer and more... HD, for a lack of better terms.
