I mean, Eevees seem to have some amount of cat traits. Maybe you're not all wrong? I've stopped caring about species for the sake of my sanity at this point.

(not a tf, more a redesign as i have my character be a bit different then the past one, more because pap land has changed
he is a semi anthro vaporeon thats more of a pmd design then a humanoid, he has thumbs on his front paws, but looks more like a full vaporeon, i will try and find were i put his info

its also a redesign were he was entirely this character, not a form change from the last one)

So the first of those was a guy called 'Mike Sparks' a national Guard engineer who thought fitting wings to a M113 was a good idea, (It's not, the M113 has all the flight ability of a lead ninja....)
And I think they tried the second one on 'Top Gear'.....with the expected results....

No one knows exactly who the vaporeon scientist is, most rumors have is organs at a lab that was researching how they could use eevees genetic code to allow for alterable and improvable features on all sorts of creatures, including animals, and possibly humans. Aside for that no one is totally sure, some say he was a human researcher that was careless in a quest for improvement, others say it was an accident. A few others say he was never human at all, and was a vaporeon who gained human traits from their research.



All of these are wrong, and no one can really be sure what happened, he is a combination of both a human and a vaporeon, and for the most part has the form of a vaporeon, he himself cannot be 100% sure who he was in the past, as he has the full memories of both a human and an eevee, both living parrel lives for a time before the lab.



He is a bit longer then a normal vaporeon, and has a somewhat thicker tail to match the length. His paws have 4 normal toes on them, and then an extra finger like part were their short digit would be. On his front paws this digit can be used just as a human thumb could be, and while the digit on his back paws has an identical structure, it cannot be controlled in this way, as its control was a remnant of the human brain and body that formed the hybrid. This digit is a bit shorter then the other digits on his paws, and does not touch the ground, nor does it have a pad on it. Its connected to the other toes with webbing, when this digit is in its rest state, its webbing makes it appear to be a part of the paw and not a finger. The webbing between the other digits looks normal.

The pads on his paws are light blue, and are more skin like then the rest of his scaled body, this is normal for vaporeon, and such skin is common on eeveelutions, even the scaled vaporeon.

Its worth noting that he is a 5 digit vaporeon that has 4 digits touch the ground and another digit on the paw, like foxes do. He is also a scaled vaporeon, something that’s not universal for the high variance eeveelution.



He is capable of bipedal walking, although this causes much of his tail to be on the ground. He can walk and use items like this, but not run. He has to be on 4 legs to stand on water like vaporeon can, he is not the most skilled at doing this however.



The fins on his body are all sensitive to virbations, as are his scales. The 3 large fins on his head function as his ears, like most vaporeon he has very good hearing.

Its rumored he has greater sonar like abilities both in and outside of the water, but these are hard to confirm or disprove.



His front paws lack claws or nails, his back paws are more like a vaporeons, this is part of the mixing effects, and means moves like scratch are out of the question.

The disk like fin on his neck is an array of external gills that exchange O2 and chemicals with the water and the body using chemical processes, this requires sugar energy to work, but is more efficient then gills for the warm blooded eeveelution, and a bit safer.





He is not limited to 4 moves like most pokemon as he has both a pokemon brain and a human brain, as well as other brain like tissue that grew inbetween them to combine them. In some ways there are sperate human and pokemon thoughts, but in other ways there are not. Both sections are completely connected, so even though you could label one human and one pokemon, thoughts don’t live in one or the other. The actions of one impacts and controls the other, like how different sides of the brain work. This however can cause some actions to seem strange to human or pure pokemon observers, as somethings the human like thought goes first, while other times the pokemon thought/action goes first. This is impacted by the vaporeon having much better reaction time then the human ever could have, although the human brain segment is larger.

The ‘first’ thought controls the action, and then every other part follows along, to him, it does not feel like one part is in control or not, as if he chouse to walk over a distance, both the human and pokemon brains would add their part, this is more notable in battles as some human like thoughts can impact or influence what is an otherwise very pokemon like attack.

He can control water freely, and gets more use out of it then a normal vaporeon would as the human brain can process how, however its less energy efficient then pokemon moves, and also not as fast.



The front of his body has a large bladder like organ that stores a large amount of water to use for moves in a short time. Most storylines will have him be able to refill this without drinking the same way other pokemon would have to.



As a vaporeon, he has a lot more stamina then a human would, something that still feels odd if compared to human memories.

Side note, some of this is from an older character, that time the pokemon part of his body was female making it a partial tftg, although I don’t think that will happen with the pap land character as it might be hard to use on faf, and its an old design. The older design of that had a shapeshifter with human form and anthro forms being male, but feral forms being female making it something interesting to think about, but that’s a lot older

(There is a rumor...and that's all it is...that he and blacktaildesign (Who does have an FA) are the same person...)

(Although I think that was debunked a few years ago)
