(in my stories(noteing i over complicate things) pokespeak is a sound mixed with the energy pokemon use for moves and what allows ghost types to exist, it encodes some meaning, and then that meaning is then decoded by the one who hears it, it sounds like whatever language they use the most or are geared to at the moment, many pokemon rased near humans will sound like they have full sentences, to fit how meowth can translate directly to words, and how many pokemon in the show can understand human speach, but in my way, pokemon rased far from humans would more be sending more thought or abstract things in many cases
a hybrid would need to put effort into speaking pokespeak if they normaly used a human language, while they would need effort to speak human languages if they are used to pokespeak, some characters have it varry with moves)

(I don't think you understand just how much of a nerd I am. No amount of nerding out about a subject I love (such as Pokemon) will ever scare me away. You've seen my plush filled desk right?)
