Say, how's things down in Brazil? I actually was at work the other day, and someone fresh from Brazil came in, and I had to help the poor guy out because he didn't know english. Thankfully I know enough Spanish to ask some questions and all. He was really nice! He seemed happy when I spoke Spanish to him. The happy Brazilian man reminded me of my favorite happy Brazilian frog.

Aww that sounds adorable! He was probably happy that you were making an effort to communicate with him, and make him feel welcome. Spanish and Portuguese are similar enough for Brazilians to get at least the gist of what's being said, although maybe he knew some Spanish too
Things in Brazil are... a bit rowdy, but definitely a hundred times better than last month (presidential elections and blah blah blah). But I live in a small city, so not much happens around me :>

No, I'm sure he definitely knew Spanish. Not only was the accent very heavy, but the vowel pronunciation and the way he fluently spoke told me he spoke Spanish. Unless Portuguese and Spanish are even more similar than I thought. But yeah you're right, I spoke Spanish because I actually learned from you that the two are similar enough!

I'm bored, boutta go to work again. Currently planning on getting another side job while getting my college degree in IT so I can become a white hat penetration tester, then once I get my IT degree i can take professional jobs and make at least 120k a year by myself while my boyfriend is in law school, then once he becomes a lawyer we will save up for a bit.

My dad just got his degree in IT, and so if I ever need help I can ask him. He's super smart, smarter than anyone I've ever known. He is smart with his money and job, he's pretty important. But yeah, the demand for WHH is really high, and they get paid well, just so they can do stuff legally that other people do illegally lmao
