Hunm sure feels like that or that you can only cancel the subcription after the period it is active is over.

Not sure about the context, so maybe they have a window between when the subscription period is over and when it is renewed?

i think it means its not possible to cancel before the end of the subscription, meaning you need to continue the remainder of what you have,

i am pretty sure i cannot ask for more context though, can i?

if its a 1 month like subscription thing, then you can often choose to end it, but it does not take effect until the subscription is finished, so they don't give out refunds, it could also be like a long term contract, and then it might be when renewed

but this is something for them to pick, or have a legal team look at it rather then a translator
