I'm not a disgusting furfag so I'm just not worried about what will happen if people 'find out'. Not that it's a secret either, I just don't think that my hobby of talkin' animal comics and stories is relevent to bring up in all contexts anyway. It's just a HOBBY afterall.

if a company is soo prodding into personal lives that it discovers my alter web-name on furaffinity and decides to join, then looks at my one single very very soft-porn-ish picture with anthropomorphic dog characters and decides I'm an "evil filthy person" I probably wouldnt want to work for that company anyway.

I agree with this. Also a lot of companies have to go through hundreds of applications. They don't have time to go searching through every weird place on the internet to try and find your secrets. Even if they did it's a stupid reason not to hire someone.

also, I do believe that it is against the "fair hiring" law.

Not exactly. Some employers WILL google your name/email address and look at what you do. Who do you think an employer will hire? Two people with the exact same résume, but one has websites dedicated to being a furfag while the other doesn't.
