Do vegans count as vegetables or are they mineralsThe Viking werewolf diet: no matter how much they scream, Swedes are still a vegetable.

Do vegans count as vegetables or are they minerals
"You are what you eat."
I think I follow the logic...
1) You are what you eat
2) If a cannibal eats a vegan, he is a vegan
3) If the cannibal is a vegan, he doesn't eat meat
4) Therefore, the vegan he ate was not made of meat
5) Therefore, all vegans are either vegetables or fruit
Yep. No issues in that logic. Let's all eat vegans!
Nothing wrong with losing weight! Eat too much Halloween food and you'll be a plump-kinWhen it comes to fall/autumn time I generally loose like 10-15 pounds for two reasons (1) I HATE pumpkin with a passion. My family pumpkin spices EVERYTHING and because of that I loose the will to eat anything (2) im a very image based person, because of spooky season I get this dread of feeling things in my mouth because I imagine it as like.. gross stuff. So, im on a diet rn uwu
That depends on the reason you're losing weight.Nothing wrong with losing weight! Eat too much Halloween food and you'll be a plump-kin
That sounds reasonable to meThat depends on the reason you're losing weight.
One of the most famous 'rules of the diet' is:
'lose 20lbs of unsightly fat - cut off your head!'
That's a pretty good diet. If I remember correctly the body takes like 20-ish minutes to feel full regardless of what you eat, which is why junk food is so bad. You can easily scarf down 3 McWhoppers in 10-15 minutes and not feel full till later, while 1 mini whopper eaten over the course of 20 minutes makes you feel just as full. At least that's what I go by. So for me it's mostly about finding foods that aren't full in calories but take a long time to nomFor real I follow a simple rule: I eat only when I'm hungry and only until I'm not. No public pressure, no "suppertime find something", just following my body's cues.
If that means I'm not hungry a day and skip 2 meals or the whole day, then that's fine as my body clearly didn't need the food that day.
Alternately, if I am exercising I'll have an appetite and cravings for the foods I need, so I eat only those. If I eat extra I probably won't eat the next meal so it balances.
Holidays follow the same rule, regardless of "spreads laid out". If I don't want to eat anything, I don't care what junk is laid out...I'm not touching it until I am hungry.
I NEVER eat to relax or for stress or "just because it's mealtime". If I don't have a reason to eat, and my body tells me I don't need anything right now, then that's that.
Too many people eat out of habit or social pressure or boredom, and they miss the point.
That wouldn't work for me because I never feel hungry. I go straight from absolutely fine to collapsing due to lack of nutrients with only an occasional tummy rumble in between that's easily passed off as digestion. For real I follow a simple rule: I eat only when I'm hungry and only until I'm not. No public pressure, no "suppertime find something", just following my body's cues.
