Joe Strike, your favorite greymuzzle here. A lot of you know I'm writing Furry Nation, a history of our fandom as part of the hard-wired human instinct to see animals in anthropomorphic terms. FN will be published next year by Cleis Press. The book's website is www.furrynation.com
I'm working on the chapter about online fur, and I'm totally in the dark about 2nd Life. I know there's a lot of furry activity on it and I need to learn more, and very soon too. (My deadline to submit my finished manuscript is December 31 - only a few weeks away.)
I'd very much like to hear from anyone who'd like to talk about what it's like to be a 2nd Life fur.
