Hello there! how are you? ♡´・ᴗ・`♡

I'm a fursuit makeur, and I want to share with you some tips for your fursuit hihi!
  • 1: for the hair, you can brush the faux fur with a cat brush on both sides (front / back) so the stitches on the back will be hidden by the fur, and this effect is perfect for the hair!

  • 2: the amount of glue will determine the final weight of your fursuit! the more you put, the heavier it will be!

  • 3:the seams are always made inside out! (fur against fur) to prevent the stitches from being seen

  • 4: the sewing point used is the festoon point! it is very easy to handle (tuto: click HERE )

  • 5: a very good alternative to buckrame is canneva! (used in embroidery) I see a lot of beginners using mosquito nets, the problem is that we can see your eyes through this material

  • 6: if you are afraid of missing your fursuit base, there are paying bosses (around $ 7) to make superb foam bases (found on etsy by typing "fursuit head pdf") with explanations from A to Z to succeed at your base better

  • 7: you can create your own fursuit deodorant with essential oils, an empty spray bottle and alcohol!

  • 8:take your time, don't rush, have fun, and be proud of your creations!

I hope these tips will help you in the future, or in your projects, don't hesitate if you have a question, I will do my best to answer it!

this is a little pic of a fursuit that I create hihi!
