I think SoFurry would be safe since it has servers in the EU so it can be "evacuated". However, it can still be blocked but that's easy to override. I agree with you that the Internet can'te be censored and SOPA won't achieve anything.

Part of me wonders if the politicians in favor of SOPA will even notice or care. The week before the bill was thrown out for recess, when they debated it before, half of the people in favor of it had no idea whatsoever what they were even opposing. They just wanted it rushed through Congress. Further proving they're just old fogeys we voted in who have absolutely no idea what they're doing. They probably live in fear of the Internet or don't even bother using it.

I'm not in opposition to our big name companies "censoring" the Internet for one day in opposition to this poorly thought out bill. I can do other things for one day.

I also find it funny that Capcom supports this when their primary source of outcome comes from competitive gaming, which SOPA will stop streaming and live coverage of. No more streams or live information from the big tournaments. People don't think, I swear.
