I'm looking for an artist that can do a character reference sheet for me. I've had this character idea for about a year now and I'd like to have a reference sheet for it. I'm willing to spend at least $20 and at most, $60. I can be contacted here Userpage of ronnoctheowl -- Fur Affinity [dot] net. The one thing I need to deal with first is how to make an account for a service like PayPal, so I can pay the artist that I'm looking for...yeah I know, I don't know how to transfer money from me to someone else online...I'd appreciate the help, if possible 
What I'm looking for at least on a ref sheet is two models (both front view); one with attire, and the other being nude (not NSFW though). I don't care for what the background of the sheet is, as long as it's not just white or black.

Appearance:
- Hair and fur: Tan scales
- Markings: Brown diamond lines
-1 from top of head to tip of tail
-1 from elbow to backside of hand (each arm)
-1 from knee to top of feet (each leg)
- Eye color: grey
Behavior and Personality: Saracon talks to himself when he’s alone. Nonchalantly talks about gruesome and graphic stuff as if it’s the norm to him, but doesn’t speak about it as if he enjoys it. He’ll remain silent when sad, but when he’s angry he speaks sarcasm in a friendly tone sometimes.
Clothing/Personal Style: Arabic warrior attire:
-dark Tan tunic
--Brown shoulder capes (1 for each shoulder) that are 2 inches wide and 3 feet long, also has silver patterns
--Sleeve length is from shoulder to elbow
--Skirt length is from waist to knee
--Front torso of tunic is dark grey with silver patterns
-Light brown bandages covering forelegs and forearms
-Grey keffiyeh
-Brown sandals
