Well today I am working from home, so my routine is a bit different today than when I work on site. I can have this forum open in the background for instance, lol. But typically:
I wake up early, drink a warm glass of water with lemon in it (I can't say if there are actual benefits to this, but I enjoy it), stretch and do a workout, either weight lifting or yoga. After that I make myself breakfast, then go and get myself ready, then I walk, bike, or Uber to work (depends on how much time I have, lol. Not having a car in LA sucks). On a weekday, I usually don't have any activities so I go home and unwind by browsing the internet, drawing, reading, etc. just doing something quiet. Put on some good music. I'll have leftovers for dinner or cook if there's nothing.
Weekends are different of course. I have the day free. If a friend invited me to do something, then that's what I'll plan my day around. If I have no plans, I make the most of where I live and check out the sites, including the touristy ones. I'll take the bus to Glendale, or I'll take the metro to downtown LA , West Hollywood, or all the way to Santa Monica and walk from the pier all the way to Venice Beach and just have a great time to myself browsing shops and people watching. Those are honestly some of my favorite days and I feel extremely fortunate that it's something I have access to. It's cheap to walk around but living in the area has a lot of inconveniences and my own neighborhood is kinda gritty.
Then of course, there are also the weekends where work has backed up, so I gotta cancel all my plans all stay in my apartment while I work, clean, do laundry, and run other errands lol.
So curious, what prompted you to ask this question?
Edit: clarifications
