There has been something nagging at me for a while now. It’s nearly impossible to miss. It comes and goes, then rears its ugly head all over again. Please forgive me if this brings even a sliver of it back. I am SO sick of seeing the admins having to put up with angry members, bent on making them look like horribly nazis.
I really hope this doesn’t make any more trouble for them, but I just can’t believe the constant stream of rumors, lies, and out right disrespect they put up with. I know I’m being hypocritical, and that I’m just as guilty.
So I want to make a thread to thank the admins. You put up with all of our complaints, fights, tempers, insults, bickering, bitching, drama, and still manage to stay cool enough to not take the site down in a fiery kamikaze death. What I don’t think people understand is that your in a position of power, which puts you under a microscope. Having every decision you make scrutinized and evaluated, puts a lot of stress to act on a person. So yes mistakes are inevitable, people need to get over it and move on. Throwing mistakes in an admins face isn’t going to help. Suggestion and open, level headed communication, with no finger pointing is really the only way to fix a problem permanently.
However that’s not the purpose I had in mind for this thread. This thread is meant to be a place to say thanks to the administration.

Thank you for giving us a place to gather as a community, thank you for working so hard to keep it up and running, thank you for doing your best to keep it civil, thank you for allowing members to voice opinions even when they differ from your own, and most of all thank you for putting up with those of us (including myself) that break the rules.
