Also, chickens are stupid, that's why they're so popular. Chickens don't even care when you cut their head off. They're easy.

You know what makes me angry? Anyone who spends anywhere NEAR $10 or more on a tiny late with a tiny piece of food right in the middle of the plate with a garnish. When I spend $7, I'm getting a huge greasy tray of cheap chinese takeout which I can guarantee you is more enjoyable than anything a pretentious chef could artistically present to me on a plate.

You know what oysters are good for? Roasting! Build you a nice fire, put a piece of sheet metal over it, pour out a pile of oysters, and cover them with wet towels. They steam open and you put a shot of shrimp sauce on them. Mmmmm.
