It's simple, all you have to do is quote what someone says and modify to be funny.
For example: If someone says "I've always wanted to be a tree who runs a restaurant" the the person below would post something like this

I've always wanted to be a mime who sings as American Idol

or whatever. After that, they will post their own sentence for the person below them to modify. Let's try to be creative and humorous.
