Overall cute concept. I think it'd look better without the frog, and the sign should stand out more, as others have said. I also think it'd look a little better if his "hair" wasn't obscuring half of his face. Speaking of which, the lines seem a bit off on his spines; they look too thin compared to the rest of the picture.
