Ehh. Too long to get into right now but basically a person was against having any kind of trap in his unit to get rats out, meaning that they will now die in his walls and under his floor boards where they will rot, smell, and cant be removed for him or anyone in nearby units. He is being and idiot and trying to lie to the property manager about the situation but I got receipts.

Other persons I called yesterday. Set a time I would be there. Messaged on the way there, arrived there, no one. So I left. 30 minutes later get angry call asking where I am and so I have to turn around and go back because he decided to run errand the exact time I was supposed to be there.

People being stupid.

Nothing to do with that. Hates them. Wants them out. Problem is building is sealed, no way out for them. We can catch them where he is, which he is very much against, or they will die somewhere in the walls in a random spot and putrify.

The other tenant is on my side and thinks he is being a moron. We have a plan to try and work around him but he is making it very difficult.

Legal arguments can be made on either side. If the tenant refuses, my hands are tied.

Also, another job was sold wrong (one I had to go back for). Problem much more serious than what we are addressing. Mayget me a hefty commission if the understand and approve but still a headache to have people giving bad advice on how to remove problems.
