so someone suggested I try some lox with bagels and I couldn’t find lox near me, but apparently smoked salmon was a good substitute. Anyway, made some lox bagels with veggies on top and this stuff... this actually hits. Like it’s not half bad at all, you guys should make some too!

I am used to seeing a bit more lox on the bottom but looks good. I recommend trying it with chive cream cheese
