Oh no I meant it's a general rule for the forum game (this isn't a new concept).
Most forum games have that rule to keep members from spam-posting and to allow more fairness.
But...like I said, it doesn't really matter since staff aren't hyper engaging with members here so I'm not really bothered.
Just surprised that someone posted 5 times in under an hour. Doesn't it get boring...?
