what do you do as a job?

I have a very, very minor IT position in a company that works in tandem with my country's government to provide educational material to it's citizens - mainly things revolving around running businesses, food safety, OSHA relative courses, health standards, driving, law relative issues like tickets, insurance reduction, etc.

I write emails, engage in live chats occasionally to maintain customer relations, fix account-related issues, and report problems I can't personally fix to the people who can. Sometimes I'll be assigned a team, but usually, I'm on my own. Save for the weekly meetings.

Wow, that seems pretty overwhelming o.o Sounds like you play a very important and helpful part for your government though! I can respect that! Even tho it’s important, sounds very boring tho TwT

I plan on getting maybe some kind of IT job soon as well, something to do with programming and stuff soon.

Do you think your content with staying with that job? Like, you paint it as a pretty brain dead job, and it seems you’d rather do something else. Hoping for your sake it pays well xd
