Types of Projects:

*Commission for a single character** with abstract tentacle background. Begins at 80 USD.
*I default to NSFW for these, but I can make them SFW if you request so!
*Usually knee-up to full body. Done by whatever will look dynamic and interesting.
*Must have image reference of commissioned character. Will not work from description on these.
*I'll most likely be providing a watermarked sketch before working on lines for a commission.
*Prices will increase depending on complexity of character and/or clothing.

*Usually knee-up focus to give more detail to the character.
*Background variable charge depending on complexity.

**$55 per additional character. More than one commissioner may go in on price together, up to 4 characters.

*Commission for a single character and no shading to focus on character design. Begins at 85 USD.
*Can only quote price after initial sketch and planning is finished.
*All character description and info should please be provided upfront.
*Includes front and back views with color palette. Other specifications may be included.
*Prices will increase depending on complexity of character, including tattoos and markings.
*No watermark on final result. Extra poses are $40, and small headshots (included on ref) $20. Clothing designs (on base pose) are $10-$20, depending on complexity (additional higher prices as needed for ball-gowns and other difficult or large clothing pieces).​

*Your choice of pose and whatnot. Provide references if you want something very specific, please! Otherwise, I can try to make something up for you.

TOS​

1) I prefer references to draw off of! But I will accept descriptions if the piece/character is fairly simple.

2) Payment is expected before work is completed. Refunds only if I refuse to complete your commission or it is not finished before a date determined before payment.

3) The commissions are for personal use only. I maintain all rights to the artwork itself. Do not sell prints of these commissioned works. If you intend for commercial use, please state that in your note, and we can go over the details.

4) I do not stream commissions, so please do not be vague. If you are not easily pleased, have a very clear idea of what you want and state it. If I have to spend several hours creating sketches for you, I may charge you extra for my time.

5) You may resell adopted characters, but for the same price or less than you purchased them, unless they come with additional artworks. If you do resell a character, please try to let me know!

6) Once you have paid for the finished product, you my post where you please. I just ask that you give credit to Obakawaii, and do not claim as your own work, only your commissioned piece.

7) I don't use Skype, so please keep our interactions in FA notes, preferably. :)

8) Because I do provide sketches first, please let me know at that time if there is a significant mistake! Better to catch it first, than it just multiply into something worse later on! And if you have multiple edits, please present them all at once so I may work more efficiently, rather than re-uploading multiple small edits.

9) As the artist, I may post commissioned artwork and occasionally use it to promote my commission pieces (such as, but not limited to: Stream pictures, Speed Paint Videos, Tumblr posts).

10) I am not online all the time! Sometimes I gotta sleep. Or deal with family stuff. I will probably get back to your note the next time I am online! Please be patient!

11) Commission me because you like my work, not because you need a cheap alternative. I do the best I can and try to offer an affordable price that scales with the hours I put into a piece! Unless I forget important markings on your character, or you've commissioned a higher priced piece ($80+) edits are very minimal.

12) I deal in digital goods, so no items will be shipped.

13) By paying, you are accepting my TOS.

14) Please have payment ready when you contact me for a commission. I will not hold discounts and sales after expiration.

15) Do not use my unpaid work-in-progresses as your own references elsewhere. It is unpaid work, and that's just indecent.

16) Payment for YCH auctions is due within 2 days after approval sketch is presented. All other commission payments may vary on case-by-case basis.

17) You must be 18 or older to order from me.

18) Work is not flat priced, but varies as you wish to add details. Lay ALL information out before billing. Everything you want and expect out of the piece. I can't draw what you don't describe, and excessive edits will not be added after initial invoice is paid.

19) Please do not delete previous conversations in our notes to each other. This makes it easier for me to keep all the important information together when I refer back to them.

20) Leave me your e-mail in your first note so that I may invoice you when the time comes (and we don't have to wait several hours for one of us to pop online and ask).​
