But I need a picture of my mate and I drawn as an early b-day present while I still have money XD

It will be clean; of me, a dragon, and him, a wolf, sitting under a tree having a picnic.

My price range is around 30 dollars BUT I WILL NEGOTIATE X3 it doesn't have to be a master piece. Just need the colors to be correct and proportionate. Shading isn't a big deal. So long as it looks romantic.
