Wanting a NSFW sketch commission ~$30

I'm looking to commission an artist to draw a nice NSFW sketch of my werewolf OC. What I'd like is an illustration of him in his human form with his knot. So I guess this is a kink-related thing? However, I'd like it to be tasteful, like a pin-up, I suppose.

I've been cheated out of my money by tumblr artists twice now. It's disappointing for me because I'd just like to have a nice picture of my guy. I've written him for many years in my own fiction, this is a treat for myself.

I'd say my budget is about $30. As I've stated, I just want a full-body sketch or perhaps something inked if it fits in the budget.
