What Chinese/Lunar New Year animal are you?

Ravofox

back to Aussie foxying!
Hi everyone. Considering it is the start of the new Chinese/Lunar year, I've decided to ask if anyone wants to share their Chinese/Lunar zodiac animal. If you want, you can also say how you think your animal relates to you (if it does at all, which in that case how it doesn't ;) ), or if any of your fursonas have actually been inspired by your sign. In my case, my Chinese zodiac animal is the ox, and in the Vietnamese variant the buffalo. Just like the tradition says, I am determined, strong willed, and have a bit of a bad temper (I've been improving on that last one:p).

Note: I do not actually believe that the zodiac has any real influence in life, but I entirely respect those who do; for me it is just a fun pastime.

Yin earth snake.
"Earth Snakes are calm. They are content to work hard and reap the rewards that come to them. They are very friendly and approachable to others."

So I'm told. Missed out on the whole seduction skill though.

I'm a doggie! A wood dog, to be exact.

I was born the Year of the Ox.

Ox is the second in the 12-year cycle of Chinese zodiac sign.

Oxen used to be capable farming tools in agricultural society, which attach to the symbol of diligence, persistence and honesty. People born in the Year of Ox are probably tardy in action, but industrious and cautious. Most of them are conservative and hold their faith firmly.

Earthly Branch of Birth Year: Chou
Wu Xing (The Five Elements): Tu (Earth)
Yin Yang: Yin
Lucky Numbers: 1, 9
Lucky Colors: red, blue, purple
Lucky Flowers: tulip, evergreen, peach blossom
Lucky Directions: southeast, south and north

Personality of the Ox
Ranking second in Chinese zodiacal signs, the Ox is huge. People often use it to indicate something big in size or number. People born in the Year of Ox bear persistent, simple, honest, and straightforward characteristics. They are talent leaders with strong faith, and strong devotion to work. They are contemplative before taking actions, not easily affected by the surroundings but just follow their concept and ability. Being conservative with a lack of wit in speaking, they usually look silent and sometimes stubborn in their old ways.

Strengths
honest, industrious, patient, cautious, level-headed, strong-willed, persistent
Weaknesses
obstinate, inarticulate, prudish, distant.

So yeah, that about sums me up by Chinese zodiac standards.

Year of the rat.

Some things apply, some don't. For one thing, I don't see how I could be "kind", what a joke. On the other hand, I am creative, but a little too much for my sake.
