I caused a little stir.
Looking for a new one since I just moved. Right now I'm a per diem consultant for my mom's transport company. I also book keep for the same company. I'd like to do something independent of family soon though.

My dream job is some sort of skilled labor though, like HVAC or pipefitting. I like working with my hands. I'd want to do that and use the money to finish up my bachelor's in English (I was Sigma Tau Delta at my old college before I had to drop out when my dad died). I'd love to have a side job of technical writing if possible.

Sorry about your dad. :(

I'm a printer. I print lots of stuff: even Furry con books. My avocation is antiques and collectibles. If you ever need an opinion on the value of or identification of an antique, you've come to the right Furry.

Wow! Jealous!
Well it's long hours (absurdly long if you work certain places) of dealing with some pretty tough challenges so the burn out rate is high, but I like it because it's a good mix of the technical and the creative. That and it's awesome when a game you worked on is really well received.

Kinda tricky with mine, but to simplify:
I'm a technician for custom-built life support systems that are used in the chemical industry

*Whew* What a mouthfull

I work at an airport in customer service. It's in the main Penn State campus, so following student graduation, when all the students are leaving, it is a living hell.

I'm a student but in these 5 years I have to work at least 2 months. I attend a “Higher Federal Institute for Teaching and Research of the Chemical Industry“ I just translated the german “name“ so I've no idea if this is the true translation xD
That means I must have a job which is related to chemistry
