When I make them, I mix the ground beef with dry onion soup mix and let it sit for a few hours before I make them into patties. Grill over charcoal, top with cheese just before taking them off the grill. Heinz 47 on top. They're amazing.

I really like bacon cheese burgers, with mayo, ketchup, mustard and pickles on them. Mushroom burgers are good too, but only if they are brown mushrooms (I hate white mushrooms).
oh and I LOVE teriyaki chicken burgers (with cheese, mayo, barbeque sauce and pineapple on them)
