Another smell I loved was when I lived in PA, and in Springtime the Amish till their fields and get them ready for crops, so you would get this incredibly earthy smell roaming all over the countryside.

Well I thoroughly enjoy black coffee and foofy mochas and such. So yeah the whole huff puff I drink black coffee and straight whiskey and scrub my face with steel wool shit is just silly. What's even sillier is when people disparage "hipsters" for being obnoxious elitists who lord their tastes over others by being obnoxious elitists who lord their tastes over hipsters.

Also people honestly seem to have no idea what is and isn't "hipster". Coffee has been the "cool kid" drink since forever, because it's an acquired taste and liking it means you have mature tastes or something. Foofy coffee isn't hip, coffee is hip and has been since before the first beatnik donned a beret. In fact, starbucksy coffee is kind of unhip, since hipsterdom idealizes authenticity and having unique tastes and every macbook-toting teenybopper in the country is sipping extra whip caramel macchiatos.
