Are we moomin, or are we dancer?
Measured by time spent or?
How about time and the kind of activity?

I'm reflecting now that it would have been interesting to ask a bunch of other variables to see if they predict people's resting heart rates.

I'm also reflecting that I was expecting a Gaussian curve with a possible right skew, but that this is a bit wonkier than what I imagined, and it is a bit weird because the modal answer is outside what the average for most people is.

I pretty exclusively do cardio in the mornings, between 30 - 60 minutes of activity. I alternate long runs/tempo run days to work on my anaerobic and aerobic capacity. Afternoons are gym about 90 mins a session - Monday, Wednesday, Friday are deadlift/squat/pull-ups/chest. Tuesday/Thursdays cleans/medicine ball throws/sled drags/something core because I hate myself. Everything I do is really targeted toward our fitness exam, with a bit of randomization because glamor muscles are nice. Sat/Sun I rest, most of the time.

Most.

I think I'm like 6.. to 8ish years older than you, and age is a definite variable.

Good luck with your exams (I'm guessing military), with that amount of effort you must be absolutely shredded.

I suppose doing in excess of an hour of exercise a day is probably what we're 'meant' to do from an evolutionary perspective; what our bodies expect of us.
