What other genres would you like to see Renard do?

Nice, I like seeing more expermental stuff being done on programs like FL Studio. I'd also like to see him make an alias that does genres of hard dance like hard house, hard trance, hard NRG, and hardstyle.

As long as he stops mixing fucking noise in with his Renard albums, I'll be fine.

What the world really needs more of is Irish-style drinking music. Who makes it and whether or not they're a furry doesn't matter. There's never enough.

While his label, Lapfox Trax is an EDM label, he could make a label that covers metal music. He could make virtual bands off of genres like heavy metal (NWOBHM), glam metal, power metal, progressive metal, thrash metal, death metal, black metal, doom metal, gothic metal, and more. Both EDM and metal are very diverse and have massive fanbases. Seeing Renard cover the two would be pretty awesome. All he would need is vocal talent for the genres and guitar usage (that is if he wishes to use amp effects over guitar samples).

A lot of people can do this, in fact the very bands in those genres can do it to. This Renard dude isn't the be-all end-all of music, he can stick to what people think he's good at. This goes for any genre.

We don't need some other flop that thinks they can cover multiple genres and ends up bloating the low end even more with mediocre/uninspired crap~

Well yeah, Dragonforce could do a death metal song if they wanted to. The point is that Renard is the most popular and successful when it comes to furry made music. When I listen to his stuff, I feel like I'm in another world completely inhabited by furries, given that this is the kind of music they listen to.

I've never even heard of him - So I'm not seeing any reason for him to necessarily break away from the genre(s) he's doing right now. Just because they're good in one genre, doesn't mean they are good in others.

the problem is that he's not really even good in the genres that he already does

He may not be the best at the genres, but he is still pretty good at them. There's no denying he's a good musician, but he does so many genres that he can't specialize and get really good at just one of them. His structure and production is still really good though.

renard is the skrillex of the furry fandom. the only difference being that sometimes skrillex comes out with an okay song [usually a remix with deadmau5]
the fanbase is 99% the same

I don't care for Renard nor do I give a shit if he makes clownstep, techno, rubadub beat or yet another electronica variant when it comes to music he "makes". Popular doesn't always mean "good". Is Justin Bieber good? No, he sure isn't but he's very popular.

People can have different opinions than you.

Deal with it.
*smacks both of you*
lets all agree ot disagree
i like lady gaga and some people might not and that's okay
ill just write down their names on a paper of people i need to punch before i die

I agree with that.

I was trying to tell Dyluck that people might like Renard's music, and that just because it's his opinion that his music sucks doesn't mean it's true for others.

I don't like Lady Gaga, but that doesn't mean that you're wrong for liking her music.
