What phone do you own?

I own a nexus 4 and IMO it's the best phone I had ever owned.

EDIT: I like it because I can go for 2-3 days without charging it. And it runs smooth with little to no lag. Plus android 4.3 looks nice.

I got it out of contract so I use a PAYG SIM card and it drains all my credit with it's stupid automatic software updates D:

A LG Optimus Speed. I think it's name in the rest of the world is Optimus 2x. It was "the first Android phone with a dual core CPU", as LG claims.
It's an amazing phone, ruined by horrible LG software :p
First of all, it was stuck on Android 2.3.4 for a long time. When Jelly Bean was released it finally got the update to ICS.
But both GB and ICS had a shitload of bugs. When I first got it everything was ok. Sluggish but ok. When I installed the update to 2.3.4 it randomly kicked me out of the network multiple times per day, making it extremely unreliable as a phone. Rebooting took 5 minutes which made getting the connection back a massive chore. And the battery lasted for about 12 hours on standby.
It also crashed and froze all the damn time. It even crashed when I charged it some times.
I was SO disppointed and pretty much didn't really use it for about 2 month.

But then I looked into flashing a new OS onto it. And hey guess what! ICS was already available for it MONTHS before LG released the official update! XD So I flashed it and everything worked beautifully. Some features like the WIFI hotspot didn't work yet and GPS navigation was spotty at best because the CM version that I flashed was still in development but at least I could actually use the damn thing again! And new features were added on a daily basis.

The community behind this phone is MASSIVE. And rightfully so! For a 2 year old phone it is relatively powerful and the screen looks sharp and clear.
The unofficial support for it is actually so strong, I got the update to Android 4.2.2 about 1 month before the Galaxy S4 and all features are working now.

It's just starting to bite the dust now...

I still remember my first phone, my parents got me one of these things, how embarrassing :c Okay nostalgia time: Who remembers those video call flip phones?

Using Android's Skype app is impossible, all it does is load and instantly crash every time

When I got my first smartphone (also out of contract, so I am on PAYG) it used up all $20 I had in my account... OVERNIGHT because of that. So I called the company and they refunded the money and told me how to disable the 3G network... which I didn't want to use anyway. Haven't had a problem since then.

I have a Nokia Lumia 610. Paid $85 for it without a term and they also gave me a $25 top-up card. :D

Another Samsung represent! \:3/

Galaxy Note2 here. People constantly call it a tablet, since it's 7".

Iphone 3Gs I got like 3 or 4 years ago for 50 bucks. Still works fine, has decent battery life, and does more than I've ever needed it to do.

My first phone was a Nokia 3310. You know, the phone that survives being hit with a sledge hammer?

It's actually a 5.5" phone, isn't it? :p
That thing is awesome though. I was thinking about getting one of those phablets but I decided to get a 7" tablet instead as an addition to my 4" phone. Which actually works out really well for me! They compliment each other very nicely. I got the 2012 model of the 3G Nexus 7. And when the highspeed bandwidth of that card runs out I just switch on the hotspot in my phone and keep surfing that way :3

Gah, you're right, my bad. >_< 5.5", not 7"! Still, people are always asking me how it fits in my pockets.

Oh, it's beautiful. The battery life is very surprising, and its display is colourful and sensitive. The screen is resilient and doesn't easily crack! Plus, it's Android, so basically everything about the OS is customisable.

And being able to use my phone as a tablet is great for taking notes as part of my job, or doodling. :3 It's basically replaced my notepad. The 'phablet' is really useful.

The bandwith for data is cool, too. Stupidly fast for a phone. But I think the Note 3 is coming out soon, with upgraded hardware.

Hehe, it's my job to know these things so it's all good X3

I haven't used it very often, sadly I don't have a demo unit of it in my store. But from what I have seen it definitely is a great device all around! I say "device" because it just covers so many more roles than just being a phone.
I love how these phones do everything that PDAs were supposed to do in the 90s and early 2000s X3

Oh and yeah, the Note 3 is already in my lists here at work. No idea when it's gonna be out though.

iPhone 3Gs. I love it mostly, but sometimes it drives me absolutely mad. Looking to upgrade in a few months or so.

Samsung Galaxy S3 LTE. I love it. Everyday I wake up to it, and it's like Christmas has happened all over again.

A really really really really old phone that still only just calls and texts people.
It's a flip phone too.
