But, aside from that off-topic-ness, I have to say I find stargazing extremely therapeutic. Whenever it's a clear night, I'll be out there with my telescope, looking at Jupiter, or the Pleiades star cluster, or the Moon if it's up. Astronomy is unique in the way it's a hobby and a serious science. It can also show you some of the most beautiful things you will ever see in your life (case and point: http://www.azastronomy.com/_Media/m45_pleiades_color_deep.jpeg) Only bad thing is, even with all my warm clothing on (a T-shirt with a button-up shirt over that, a cricket jumper over those two, with a thick jacket over all that rif-raf, another pair of trousers/pants underneath my actual trousers/pants, 2 pairs of socks on, a pair of gloves, and, to top it all off, a Russian hat), it gets cold - so cold, that sometimes even with gloves on my fingertips go red with the cold, but that's only ever happened twice over a period of a year or so.
