She has a mouth. Look right between her eyes. You can see the pink tongue ^_^
And it's more of a bunny/dragon cross. It was made for the Easter event, after all

You can always add rigid materials inside floaty objects to make them stay in place.

I've thought about low density gasses like helium too, it could make some cool effects
