Wyvern comparison sheet

Ash Sukea

High functioning everything...most days.
Due to expected amount of stuff on this I hope $1,000-1500 (or $1500-2000 if I'm watching you) is fair. Detail and accuracy of scale is a big plus with me on this one.

This will be a mix of full color and toned sketch/lineart with simple background.

There will be two-three full color views of the wyvern. The rest is to scale statues, animals and vehicles used to show length of neck, tail et. al.

Wyvern for depiction:

This one sounds like quite a challenge, but I would like to take on this project for you.

Concept art is an area that I've studied in for a long time, and I believe I can depict the Wyvern as well as the other details mentioned to give you an accurate, definitive illustration for you to look at.

I'd be willing to take the challenge if you'd want my art!
Tho I would have some questions about the whole project if you don't mind

Lets try that again.

Ask away

-For the finished files of the project, would you be looking at one big file, or several smaller ones? And I guess at 300dpi minimum for printing?
-All the comparisons would need to be drawn separate or as a whole? (Example : The head with Lincoln as size reference, would the head be attached to the body or would Lincoln be floating in the air? I realize my wording isn't very clear, I could whip out an example of what I mean if you'd like)
-The reference sheet you linked shows 2 different wyverns. Would both need to be drawn or only one of the two?
-Are you looking for a cellshaded style, a painted style, or simple flat colors?
-What about a deadline?

Those are my main questions for now. Hope I don't sound too inquisitive, it's just to assess the work that would be needed.

I'm interested, though it depends on the deadline. I would be capable of doing this within few months, so proper updates as well as partial payment would be best for both sides I think. Are you looking for a more cellshaded art style or a painterly style? I can either, and at the moment my recent artwork is mostly cellshaded: XseArt's DeviantArt Gallery
However, I can do painterly, or just flat colors as well. Scales and anatomy aren't a problem since it's more related to referencing photos for proper scaling;
More painterly example can be found here:
Painting for the game "Undone: Project Nightmare" I did back in 2015: sta.sh: Spider final

And of course flat colors are just lineart with colors without shading, so it would be closer to previously shown gallery link.

Let me know if you'll need me ^^ I'd prefer to be contacted by email: xserzusart@gmail.com or on FA: Userpage of xseart -- Fur Affinity [dot] net

Hello again! I am game for a huge project. As stated elsewhere I have a lot (a loooot) of experience with dragons or dragon-like creatures, and I offer styles that would match your description.

Here's my FA Gallery so you can see my work: Artwork Gallery for Tigers-on-Unicycles -- Fur Affinity [dot] net

I would direct your attention specifically to these paintings: Dragon Overhead | Bust | Frost Dragon Kaiden

Considering the size of the project I will be willing to work with you on a payment plan and I will try to meet any deadlines you have. If you are interested, please contact me via PM here on furaffinity. I can also give you my skype if you'd rather talk there.

Thank you for the offer and I hope you find someone!

2-3 fair sized files should do it.

-All the comparisons would need to be drawn separate or as a whole? (Example : The head with Lincoln as size reference, would the head be attached to the body or would Lincoln be floating in the air? I realize my wording isn't very clear, I could whip out an example of what I mean if you'd like)
All comparisons are seperate but parallel to the body part they're being compared to.

-The reference sheet you linked shows 2 different wyverns. Would both need to be drawn or only one of the two?
Same species, different genders. But we'll go with the male.

-Are you looking for a cellshaded style, a painted style, or simple flat colors?
Cellshaded I suppose unless you're painterly style is really close to realism rather than Impressionism or abstract.

-What about a deadline?
No real deadline other than my eagerness.

Those are my main questions for now. Hope I don't sound too inquisitive, it's just to assess the work that would be needed.

Someone asked about using sillohuettes for the objects/animals. I had not considered that but I could allow it. So long as it is clear exactly what the sillohuette is.

Also I hope to make a decision this Wednesday.

I do the art thing
Hi I'd be interested in collaborating or taking on the project. Like others I would have questions about the specifics and work with you on it (with WIP updates etc). I focus on hyper-realism. Here's some of my stuff (very pic heavy sorry). Happy to provide more examples if you're interested. You can reach me here or at CarolinaLang on DeviantArt. Cheers!
