I think what's happening is that another squirrel is wearing the skin of its fallen comrade/brother/tax collector. God rest his soul.

My significant other, who I do not refer to as a "mate", finds this whole fandom silly. Honestly threads like these make me not question his assessment.

Yeah, this thread could have been good but it collapsed into someone trying to prove that they could get any relationship. In a way they had a point but they weren't being constructive.
