youtube snake game

So I just figured out something. For youtube videos, when the video is buffering, if you hit the down button on your keyboard it will start one of those snake games.
This has made my shitty internet connection more enjoyable.

When did you find about this? I've known it since long ago (beginning of 2011). Granted, I didn't find it myself. It was my sister who did.

I found this a while ago, or rather, someone showed me.

They said "Wait you didn't know about this?" when I was shocked to find this out.
That was at least 3 months ago.
Harder to find than it seems, eh?

Someone told me about that a little bit ago.

However, just a few days ago I found out what happens when you type "do a barrel roll" into Google :V

I too heard about that a while ago.
It never worked for me, though. :[

Oh cool! Nice little trick there. I can only make it work when the video's loading for the first time though, before you see any video.

It plays through the video too!
Nice touch.

Ah! No! No! No! The facepalm wasn't included, nor an implied one. It was more of an honest and malice-free "Did you really just learn about that?". Plus, most of these posts share your case.

There's a couple of other things that youtube could do, that have mostly been removed since. Adding certain code endings to the url could mess with the video, such as flipping it upside-down, adding gratuitous vuvuzela to the audio, and making the video to play like an old silent film.

No I know. Honestly if there was any malice I wouldn't care. I just thought the picture was funny and it was my bad to think this was not discovered sooner.
